1. About the Service
Exercise Mate (exercise.salusai.kr) is an exercise information service operated by COMBIZ Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). It provides 3D muscle-activation visualizations, routines and coaching tools.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Free and Paid Plans
Basic features are free. Paid subscriptions ("Pro") are described on the Pricing page.
4. Billing by Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
5. Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy.
6. Health Disclaimer
Exercise Mate is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. Stop exercising and consult a medical professional if you feel pain, numbness or swelling.
7. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or redistribute content without permission.
8. Changes and Termination
We may modify or discontinue features. Material changes to these terms will be announced on this page.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
