1. Merchant of Record
Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.
2. Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase or of an annual renewal. (Final window pending legal review.)
3. How to Request
Email general@combiz.co.kr with your order email, or use the link in your Paddle receipt.
4. Cancellation
Cancelling stops future renewals. Access remains until the end of the current billing period.
5. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
